Hi,
I started my Premium Family account around year ago, but i had to stop my payment because of problems with my card. Now, I want to rejoin but everytime that i accept payment to start account it redirects me to 404 page. Can someone help me or at least tell me what is the problem so i could solve it?

This error usually goes away by itself within 24h. 
In case it doesn't though, do contact our support team, as they can check what may be causing this issue up close.
FYI: You could try opening our page from an incognito window to see if that helps.
