iPhone 14 Pro and Macbook Pro

Hi, 

I've paid for spotify premium individual yet nothing has changed. I've tried verifying my email, logging out and back in, logging out of all devices, waiting several days (its been about two weeks of waiting and trying), double checking my spotify account online to make sure I have premium, and it says in my account overview that it's working, but in the app it's as if I haven't paid at all. I've even deleted and reinstalled the app. I've tried cancelling my plan and resubscribing and it's still not working. This is very frustrating. How do I fix this?
