Premium Paused due to expire credit card

Premium Paused due to expire credit card

Spotify is telling me that my FAMILY premium is paused due to expired cc. I went in and added a new payment type. That didn't seem to do anything as it still told me that I needed to upgrade. So paid for a premium plan with the new CC and now it is asking for me to invite my family. Do I have reinvite my family? Will they lose all their playlists if I reinvite them or will they still be all the same?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

If you're not seeing any members on your family plan management page and they are back on a free plan, you'll need to re-invite them if you'd like them to be part of your Premium Family plan. 🙂 As long as they'll continue using their existing accounts, they'll keep their stuff.
