Premium account shuffle playlist

Hello,
It started today . I can't play an of my playlist in the right order. It plays everything on shuffle . Ihave a premium account that I pay for ... I can't play my songs not playlist everything says only shuffle play . I have log in and out and I checked I payed automatically like every month .... is there any kind of customer service I can talk to ??
