Premium cancelled and money was pulled again

Premium cancelled and money was pulled again

Hello. On the end of year 2016 was premium for 0.99€ for 3 months. After this time I cancelled my premium account and I also received email about it. Then on 4/23/2017 was pulled 8,99€ from my bank account. For what? Thank for positive answer.

If you believe you're eligible for a refund, all you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
