I have been a Premium customer for two + years and recently changed to the Family Plan so my wife and daughter can join in the fun... however, now when I login to my account it's showing I have a Free account. The strange thing is my wife and daughter can login and showing the Family Plan. I deleted the app on my phone and reinstalled, same issue. Please help as soon as possible. Thank you.

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium! Try to log in with that account. When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
