My Question or Issue

Hello, I am a premium student member who created a family account that I stopped 10 minutes later as I found out my stepdad had already created the account, therefore, I cannot access my step-dad's family premium account.

Please help. Thank you.

Hope you're doing great! 

Could you send me a screenshot of the error message that's shown? Also, ask your stepfather to send you another invite using a different browser or incognito mode and keep in mind that you and your stepfather must reside at the same physical address.
