Premium family listening offline not working

I upgraded my account to premium family but we can not listen offline on ipods, why? That was one of the main reasons for upgrading.  I'll cancel all together if it doesn't serve its purpose.

To listen offline, you'll need to download your music and podcasts. You'll also need an internet connection when you first download the music.

If you've done all of that - please let me know what happens when you download music for listening.

Yes, you're able to stream offline. My last reply showed you how to stream offline. 

Please refer to those steps for more info. You'll need to download your music, and then you'll be able to stream offline.
