Premium family plan invite cant redeem

Premium family plan invite cant redeem

I am the primary account holder. When I send an invite to add my family members they are directed to a screen to put our address in but yet they are not allowed to redeem. As every time they enter the information it doesnt recognize it and declines the invitation. How can this be fixed? There's no point in having a family plan if my family can't even be added on to it.
