Premium family subscription

Premium family subscription

My January payment failed and when I had funds to pay my subscription I had to chose the Family Premium as I was just on Premium previously but this option was no longer available as a monthly payment. The payment was taken from my bank on the 25th of January for £14.99. On a Friday I received an email advising that my payment had failed but as far as I am concerned this should not be coming out of my bank until the end of this week. I am unable to access my Spotify please can you advise why you are trying to take payment a week earlier when I have actually had to chose a new subscription
