Premium family

Hey, my sister was the owner of our last spotify premium family membership. She went to live to another country and now i cant have premium features. 

My other sister, who lives in my house, got a new familiar premium pack but when she invited me it says i cant change familiar packs more than once in 12 months. 

This seems nonsense, why shouldnt i be able to change familiar pack when i am paying for it? 

We are thinking of canceling our membership since only the owner will be able to use it and my other family members wont.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community!

Please keep in mind that you can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months. If you've already been on two different plans, you will need to wait for the year to pass before you can join a new one.
