Premium family

Hello, my family live in Brussels and I am at Cyprus for the moment. I am not allow to enter our family plan, what can i do??

Unfortunately, in order to join a Family Premium plan, you have to be living in the same physical location, as stated in the T&Cs. More info over here!

I think that this is not a proper solution. Can I talk with somene else in spotify company?

Keep in mind that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address as mentioned in our T&Cs. If you live in another city or house, you won't be able to join the plan.
