My Question or Issue

Hi,
So I'm trying to pay using the one-time option for my family plan and I keep running into this error (attached down below), I'm currently still subscribed to the monthly plan and I intend to pay for the whole year upfront, do I have to cancel my plan and remove my family and add them again?

Thanks in advance!

Hey there @mostlikelyfzfz,

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community! Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

We'd recommend starting off by giving this a try in an incognito window or using a different browser.

If that doesn't do the trick, you can try to do as you suggest - cancel your plan and wait for your account to go to free service and after that you should be able to re-subscribe for 12 months with a pre-paid plan.

We'll be on the lookout for your update.

Hi Elena,
Thanks for your reply, I appreciate it!

I've just tried using multiple browsers, clearing cache, and using multiple incognito mode windows for that and it still doesn't work.
If I canceled, rejoined using the one-time offer, and added my family again, will it add them again smoothly or do they have to wait a certain amount of time to be added again -- also one of my family members is currently out of the country for a trip, will that be a problem for them to rejoin?

Thanks!

Hey @mostlikelyfzfz ,

Thanks for the reply.

If the current members of the Family plan have not switched to the current plan in the last 12 months, they'll be able to rejoin. The member on a trip wont be able to join as he wont be in the same country as you.

Hope this clears things a bit,

Cheers!
