Premium for Family Redeem Voucher Code

My Question or Issue

I received the invitation email and according to the guidance it should take me to a redeem voucher page but it does not. It takes me straight to my account page, confirms that I have joined Premium for Family but is asking me to upgrade to Premium and provide bank details.

I'm sure that's not correct can anyone help.
