Premium for Family on line access

I'm hoping to get some assistance with our Premium for Family Plan.  At the moment we have the family plan but when 1 user listens on line it over rides every body else listening on line so you either have to go off line to continue listening to your own music or listen to the playlist of the person on line (not always a good option).  We all use spotify on our phones.  All phones are android phones.

One great thing about Premium for Family is that everyone on the plan gets to listen to music whenever they want without any interruptions. It seems like all of your members are on one Spotify account - and I'll be here to make sure everyone on the plan gets their own account. 

If your members don't have Spotify yet, please make them create a new account here. Once that happens, you'll be able to send them an invite. If you're unsure how to do that, check under 'Manage Members' here. 

If your members already have an active Spotify account - you can also send them an invite to join your plan.
