Premium for Family stopped working after latest Update

My Question or Issue

 My Premium Family stopepd working afer the latest spotify update, even though i clarified with the family member that payed for it has been paying it. The latest bill was 23rd May and i only encountered my Premium being gone only after i updated Spotify on 31st May. So it could not be a payment issue as it was only just recently paid. Please respond thank you.

Hey @RayJim, thanks for writing!

In this case, can you remove the invites you sent to your family members and provide them with new ones? Once they get them, ask them to try and redeem the invites from a different device or a desktop PC using an incognito window.

Keep in mind that they need to live in the same physical address as you in order to be part of it. There's additional info on how to send and receive plan invites here.
