My Question or Issue

 

I changed my subscription plan to family and also change country from Czech Republic to Cyprus. Now my family plan isnt activated, my country still Czech Republic although my cyprus card was charged.

When I press "Add Family" I got an unknown error "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again." I tried to cancel regular premium but it seems that it take no effect.

I also didnt find any ways to contact Spotify support so posting question here. I mean they took my money at least they should provide comunication channel for claims isn't it?
