My Question or Issue

I have family plan with 3 additional users, all have their own acct. However, when trying to listen at the same time, one acct always overrides another. For instance, if I am listening to my spotify, and my son is listening to his, his music starts playing on mine or vice versa. I verified that we are all logged in on our own email acct.

Hi,

I have spotify family also and never had this issue. For me it still looks like you are using the same account. Does it happen with all of you? So if one of the three is listening and any other of the accounts starts listening it stops? Or is it just between you and your son?

You can also check your song history or recently played, will it show a mix of you and your son? If so, it's the same account

 

Of course you have to listen to seperate devices. If I listen to my sonos and my son starts listening to the sonos also, my song stops. But this is what you expect.
