My Question or Issue

My account was added to our family subscription but it doesn't seem to be updating on my mobile Spotify. I can only use the shuffle play function and there is no mention of the family premium on my mobile app.

When loggin in on my PC the premium account is active on my account. 

I've used the same login as on my PC (I only have 1 account). I've tried both my e-mail address and the username.

I've tried reinstalling the app using the guide provided on this site. 

 

Is there a delay for the activation of premium accross the different devices?
