My Question or Issue

 I have been a member of the Family premium subscription for almost a year now. Roughly a week ago Spotify said I was using the free version and I had to upgrade to use Premium. 

 

I clearly see a receipt for Premium for Family dated 1 December 2018.

How do I fix this?

 

I have deleted my app from all devices, reinstalled and logged in and nothing has helped.  I have done this on the web player, PC version and phone version.
