Hello,

I have a problem with spotify premium subscription (for family). Tried almost "everything", but still no result. The problem is when I'm trying to buy spotify premium(for family) (this is second time when I'm trying to use spotify premium at all) it says:

  • Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

Tried to use other accounts, other PCs, maybe 5 different web browsers (with incognito mode and without), and error is the same as always. As I said, I'm trying to buy spotify premium second time, but with the first purchasing I didn't had any problem, still using the same credit card.

Is there any "fixes" or "work arounds"?

Have you tried clearing the internet browsing history? How does that help?

No, I didnt tried. I'll try this week again and I'll post more detailed info.
