Hi I have a spotify premium and need know why if I'm using my daughter and my wife can't listen others song. For example when I'm listening any song and they try to listen something they can't because I'm conected first. Please let me know how can fix it. Thanks

This type of case usually happens when all users of a Family plan are using the same login details of the plan's owner. Keep in mind that with a Family subscription, each user needs to login in with their own credentials to avoid affecting the playback of other users. 

In this case, we'd first recommend checking if the other users are properly joined to your plan by following the instructions mentioned in this article. If so, you can suggest them logging out of the current account and logging back in, but using their own credentials instead of yours.
