Problem with invites

Problem with invites

I signed up for premium family and sent my invites . I logged out of all devices. When my daughter clicks to accept the invite on her e mail she is brought to a new log in page. If she logs in with my credentials it just brings her into my spotify account ( like we have done in the past) . If she tries to set up new account it says her email account is already in use ??  Please Help ! ??

Hey @davidmallamaci, I'll be more than happy to help you.

 

Could you try sending another invite to your daughter using a different email address (valid)? If that doesn't help, please let me know 🙂
