Problem with my family account

Problem with my family account

I used to have a family account, I forgot to confirm, so I was kicked out.
I join the family by the link once again, but il didn't work anymore, even with a new link.

What have I to do to acces my premium account back ?

I also have the same probem. I'm a member of premium for family account. The owner of account send me new invitation, but that didn't work. Everytime when I try to confirm it recieve "You're unable to join this Family plan." as a message without any reasonable explain why?!

Don’t worry - this is an issue that a lot of Premium for Family users experience. The best way to go about this is to get in touch with our Customer Support team here, who will be able to take a look at your account and see what's happening backstage.
