Problema con mi cuenta familiar... y nombre de usuario

 

 

Tengo un Plan Premium Familiar ... pero se cancelo y acabo de activarlo... cuando envio una invitacion a mi esposa sale que la estan invitando al plan por otra persona.. que no es la titular... 

 

Deberia aparecer mi Nombre,.. ya que yo cargue la mensualidad a mi cuenta...

 

Despues... quiere agregarse a la cuenta familiar y le marca error... dice que no puede cambiar de direccion mas de una vez al año... 

 

Es una lastima que no cuenten con un numero de atencion a clientes en México...

That's odd. Try revoking the invite and sending the invite out again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

 

You can also ask her to try accepting the invite using an incognito window, or from a different device.

We can help you out in English over here. The Premium for Family invite email includes the name provided when the plan was set up. We can see why it’d be handy to edit this in the future, so we'll get that passed on!

 

Keep in mind that currently, you can switch from one Premium for Family subscription to another once every 12 months. She can rejoin the previous plan by asking the subscription’s owner to send another invite, or check out our other subscription options at https://support.spotify.com/article/subscription-levels/
