Problema en el Plan Familiar

Hola buenas tardes, ultimamente he tenido problemas para unirme a un plan familiar, lo que pasa es que yo ya habia entrado al plan familiar, y despues se me notifico que debia de corregir algo dentro de 7 dias, lo cual no lo pude hacer y me sacaron del plan. Estuve checando y el problema era que el mail era diferente al que debia de ser , le he pedido a la persona que administra el plan que me vuelva a mandar la invitacion al mail correcto, pero me dice queno fue poisble sumarme al Plan Familiar, entonces cambie el mail de mi cuenta de spotify al que yo uso y le pedi de nuevo a la persona que administra el plan que me vuelva a mandar la invitacion al mail ya cambiado y aun asi no me deja sumarme

 

 

COMO ARREGLO EL PROBLEMA???

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address.

If we’re unable to verify the members of a Premium for Family plan, they are removed from the plan. This would explain what happened here with your account.

 

No worries though, you may restore your Premium features by upgrading to a standalone Premium subscription. You can also check out our other trials and offers available
