I hope you don't mind me replying in English.

Right now, all members of the Premium for Family plan must live in the same physical address as stated on the T&Cs.

If you're unable to validate the address used by the plan owner, you won't be able to join the Family plan. However, you can get the regular Premium subscription here.

Just to confirm, are you both living in the same physical address? Also, has your daughter been part of a different Premium for Family plan within the last year?

I'll see what to suggest.
