Problemas con Plan Familiar Premium

Mi cuenta estaba en un plan familiar con un primo con el que vivía pero el decidió cerrar su cuenta así que abrí una nueva suscripción con mi hermano, cuando trate de mover mi cuenta a la nueva cuenta familiar me dice que NO PUEDO MOVER MI CUENTA DE PLANES FAMILIARES EN TÉRMINOS MENOS DE 1 AÑO! Como se cuanto tiempo llevaba? Como hago para seguir con premium familiar? Free es fatal!!

I hope you don't mind me replying back in English.

Yes, if your brother has been in a Premium for Family plan before and is trying to move to a new one, they won't be able to do that because they can only switch from one Family plan to another once every 12 months.
