Hice el pago del mes de enero y hasta ahora me sigue saliendo en la app que realice el pago, trngo miedo que se cancele mi suscripción

First off, we'd recommend that you head to this thread here and see if you're experiencing the same issue.

In case you're seeing a failed payment message on the top of the screen, we'd suggest to try entering the details of the same payment method again in this link.


If the above is not the case for you, we'd like you to share a couple of screenshots with us as this way we can get a better understanding and give you proper advise on how to fix this. 


Note: Be aware this is a public space, so please don't share any personal info on the screenshot you'll send us.
