Problems in the family plan

Good afternoon, I have a family plan that I share with my sisters and brothers and my mother, I was trying to add a brother of mine and everything worked OK for a few months, until then arrived in his email asking to confirm the address, address that we live in (we put it in the other accounts) so that after a couple of weeks it was disconnected, and now I try to send email to invite him and he can not accept the invitation, even putting the right address.
