Hi All,
Is there currently any problem known, paying the family account via Klarna. I have done so the past month and now Spotify is telling that they haven´t received the money for the last month or so, and pausing my account. Re-Enabling, setting up a new Abo doesnt work?! Any Ideas?!

If you're having troubles paying for a Premium for Family subscription through Klarna, we'd suggest first checking this support site article.
Keep in mind that you should be able to pay with Klarna for a Premium for Family plan with no issues. If the issue persists, we'd recommend giving it a go in an incognito or private window in your browser.
