Problems with Invites in Spotify Family

I am using Spotify Premium for Family. Unfortunately our place in my village does not have street numbers and is not a city. Hence I cannot remember if I put none, NA or N/A. My partner has trouble joining my plan and gets "You're unable to join this Family plan. Need help? Read our FARQ." when he accepta the invitation.

What to do? 😞

As details on a Family plan cannot be changed once you've entered them, i'm adding this help guide on "Change Address" which contains all info needed to solve the issue.
