Problems with join family premium plan

Hello, my aunt just opened a family premium plan because her husband no longer wanted to continue paying for the plan we were previously on.

The problem is that the rest of my family and I are not allowed to join even though the invitation was sent to us.
We were part of 2 plans in the past, but those people who are part of the family no longer wanted to pay for it anymore, I would like you to fix this problem because it makes no sense that my aunt is paying for a plan which we cannot use
Otherwise I would like the money refunded, because no one in the house can use the plan.

Unfortunately, you can only switch plans once every 12 months. If you see that error message, you'll either have to wait until the 12 months are up or create a new account 🙂
