Quiero comprar cuentas adicionales para mí plan familiar

Quiero comprar cuentas adicionales para mí plan familiar

Tenía el plan familiar de 6 perfiles y ahora que compré el anual tengo solo 4, quiero comprar los perfiles adicionales pero no me sale nada para comprarlos

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community! We hope you don't mind a response in English since this is the official language of the forum.

 

You should be able to purchase additional accounts for the Family plan directly from the Account Page. Under Manage your plan, just click on Buy additional accounts > Continue and choose your preferred payment method.

 

If you're seeing any error messages or something is not working as it should, let us know and you can even send us a screenshot or two so we can take a look. You can attach them via the Insert Image option in the post editor, only make sure that no sensitive info is visible.

No me sale la opcion de comprar cuentas adicionales por ningun lado. Me parece la verdad super raro ! 

 

Recien hoy dia compre el plan familiar premium y solo puedo tener 4. Sigo los pases que me indica la pagina para comprar 2 cuentas mas a mi plan familiar y no me sale ninguna opcion de COMPRAR CUENTAS ADICIONALES. Por ningun lado !!
Alguien ayudame por favor.

Hope you don't mind us replying in English 🙂

You can’t purchase additional seats unless the 4-member plan is full, so I assume that this is what's going on here!
Just ensure you have filled all slots in the 4-member Family plan with accounts (this includes the plan manager) and then follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to your account page
  2. Under Manage your plan, click Buy additional accounts
  3. Click Continue
  4. Choose your preferred payment method.

Don't worry, there's no problem, I can understand English.

But as you can see in my two images, I already have the 4-person family plan complete, but I follow the steps you indicated and I don't get any option to buy additional accounts.
I think it's a Spotify error

Thanks for the screenshots!

 

If you're not seeing the option to purchase additional accounts, then it's possible that you haven't added a recurring payment method or that your subscription was cancelled. On the screenshot I can see that it says when your subscription will end, so I assume that's what's causing this. 

 

In this case, you can click on Subscribe as seen on the screenshot and add a recurring payment method in order to continue with purchasing additional "seats" for your plan. Since you have already paid ahead, you won't be charged, so you don't have to worry about this.

I get the same problem, there's no option to buy more additional accounts, also i've add a recurring payment method too but nothing it's the same error, don't show the option we need, i hope that to fix this problem asap Screenshot 2024-11-03 at 11.53.15 AM.png

Como puedes ver en la foto ya tengo un método de pago recurrente y mi suscripcion finaliza el (Moderator edit), porque lo pague por 1 ano entonces no esta cancelada.
Segui tus indicaciones de agregar un método de pago recurrente para continuar con la compra de "asientos" adicionales para mi plan, pero aun no me sale la opcion de agregar cuentas adicionales. 
Por favor necesito en serio que me puedan solucionar el problema, porque ya llevo unos 4 dias con lo mismo.
Igualmente gracias por tomarse su tiempo de ayudarme, espero que haya una solucion

Hola, tengo en el mismo problema, también renové mi suscripción el (Moderator edit) por un año y necesito urgente comprar los adicionales y por ningún lado sale esa opción como ustedes indican. Una pena que hayan reducido a sólo 4 cuentas y no tengan una solución para agregar los adicionales.

Por favor una solución pronto.

Thanks for the replies in this thread!

 

As the option to add more accounts doesn't appear for you, it seems like you might not have signed up using a recurring payment method/subscription. Keep in mind that you won't be able to add additional seats to the Family plan while only using the pre-paid option, and you'll need to sign up for a subscription for the Buy additional accounts to show up.

 

You can get started with the subscription by clicking on the Subscribe button, located just below to the info about your current plan. Once it's done, make sure to refresh your browser to ensure the details are up-to-date & the option should now appear.

Hola María,
Como verás en la primera imagen yo he pagado una suscripción por un año. Entonces estoy siguiendo lo que me has dicho de darle clic en la parte de " Suscripción " y me sale lo de la imagen 2 donde en ningún lado hay una parte de agregar algún método de pago recurrente.
Como verás en la última imagen tengo mi tarjeta ya guardada en Spotify. 
Por favor me urge mucho poder comprar 2 cuentas adicionales y que me ayuden de otra manera para que me pueda aparecer la opción de comprar cuentas adicionales.

Hey again @Axelito,

 

The yearly subscription is not a recurring one, so you'd need to activate the recurring variant in order to enable the option for additional seats.
The yearly subscription will remain active until it expires and then you'll switch to the recurring one. No additional charges will be charged for the monthly plan until you switch to it.

What I'd recommend is subscribing to the recurring Premium Family plan (screenshot one) and then following the steps from my initial reply to get additional plan placeholders. This way we can circumvent the restrictions of the non-recurring plans.

Por favor necesito que me expliques paso a paso. 
Yo ya tengo una suscripción pagada de un año ! en plan familiar premium. 
Ahora como hago yo para cambiar a un plan recurrente osea entiendo a que te refieres a un plan mensual ? 
Si ya tengo un plan familiar premium pagado de un año entero ! 
Por favor necesito que me apoyes con más detalles.

Did they fix the problem for you? Were you able to purchase additional accounts?

I already have a payment method set up in the system, I have changed my plan to be able to set a recurring payment but nothing at all. The option to buy an additional account does not appear. I really think that is silly.
