Just to confirm, do you mean that you've been charged twice for the subscription? 

If so, we suggest that you double-check if the payments have gone through successfully by heading over to your Account page. If you can see only one charge, that means that one of the charges is pending and you'll be able to see it back in your bank account. For more info, take a look at this article. 

However, if you're sure you've been charged twice, reach out directly to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
