I have this same issue.  I follow the link you gave, which is the same as the Help give.  I get this screen. I am a Premium member.  Just want to add my wife and son.  What should I be seeing?  Thank you,

Did you try to send them an invite using a different browser or private window? If that doesn’t help, can you let me know if you’re a member of a Premium Family plan or the plan’s manager.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. From what I can tell on the Screenshot you sent to us. It looks like you are a plan member, not the plan Manager. Therefore as @Billy-J mentioned on inviting your family members, you will not be able to, you will have to be the Plan Manager and not A Plan Member. Did you make sure that your wife isn't the Plan Manager? If she is then she can add you and your son. But if you want to, I suggest you cancel the Family Plan, then sign up again with your account.
