We are having the same problem.  Members on the extended family plan can't acgtually play songs.  For exampe you search for 'Padam Padam' and when you click on it, it justtakes you to a play list?  Anyone able to help?

Welcome to the Community! Were so happy to see you're here with us!

 

Less happy to hear you're experiencing something that prevents you and the members of your family plan from enjoying certain songs. So, from what I got - you mentioned that for some of the members of your Family plan, some songs are not playable. Do they appear greyed out? Do all of them take you to a playlist? 

 

It sounds like a very peculiar case. What we would advise is to try and access your account from a different device. For example if you`re usually on your phone, try the web app. If in need of further suggestions feel free to check this article

Also if you could maybe share some screenshots with us, see how things look on your side? If its a sequence of visual bugs you could also upload a video to the forum. That could give useful hints to us and the other users who might come across this thread.
