Hi

 

I added 4 family members to family premium account. I am the administrator. Two of them recieve an email and can accept but two don't even recieve an email. does it matter that there account is linked to a facebook account? 

Also, I read you can invite by sending them a link manually but I can't find that anywhere! I can only add name and email adress. Please help me because I payed and 2 of the members can't even use it!!

Hi,

 

Just found another solution : change the email of the destinator(apparently the gmail adresses were linked to something else); then receive and use the invitation code via the Spotifiy website .... Well, not easy but it works !

Hi everyone,

 

i do have exxactly the same issue: my brother add my email adress to give me an access to premium, but i just didn't received the email !

We did it few times and it still doesn't work.

 

Is there any other solution ? Where can we copy the link ?

Same problem here! Very curious if someone knows a solution...

We just made a new e-mail adress and a new spotify account with that email adress (not connecting with facebook), send the invitation to that email adress and it worked perfectly. I think it has something to do with your account being connected with facebook or something.

If this is still happening, we'd recommend trying these steps:


1) Can you try inviting them again from a different browser/incognito window?
2) Has the user you’re inviting created a Spotify account under that email yet? If not, can then open a Free acct here: https://www.spotify.com/signup/. Then, can you try inviting them with that email again?
3) Can the member you’re trying to invite change the email on their Spotify account, and then can you try inviting them again, sending the request to this new email?
