Hey there @longhornthate2005,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here in a new thread.

That being said, we'd like to add some insights about how the Family plan works. Premium Family is a plan for up to 6 family members who live together. This means, every member has their own Premium account, and everyone keeps their own password and saved music. Every account is independent from the others.

So, if perhaps you haven't invited members yet to your plan, you can follow the steps in this article to do it. Once someone joins the plan, they can enjoy Premium benefits from their own account.

Then, it's important to clarify that you can open your account on all your devices, but you can play music at just one at a time. So, if perhaps you're listening to music on a mobile phone and you open the app on a computer, you can choose where the playback is going to come from. You can also use the Connect feature to control the playback from a different device.

Lastly, since you mentioned you listen to music in your car, if perhaps you connect a phone to the stereo, you can activate the Private Session feature and you both (your wife and you) can listen to music together, by adding songs to the queue.

Hope this clears things up. Let us know how this goes and if you have further questions.

Cheers!
