Removed from Spotify Family? Here's how fix it

Removed from Spotify Family? Here's how fix it

So, if you are an 'old' family member, you didn't confirm the postal code and didn't certify that you live with the owner of the family account. So, you needed to do that to continue in the family, Spotify sent an email last week, but for some reason a lot of people (including me, I blame Outlook/hotmail) din't get it. The account gets blocked and even if you invites you again, it says that it wasn't able to confirm that you live with the account owner. So here is the fix:

 

 

1. Login on the spotify website

2. go to https://www.spotify.com/family/verify

3. confirm postal code and anything else that asks you.

4. Done, confirmed. How you are outside of the familty suscription...

5. Send you the invitation again, fill the info... and now, you are in the family suscription again. .

Doesn't work!!!!
My daughter without Spotify doesn't work too!!!!

Does not work! For some reason the page this points to is in Spanish. I am locked in with my German account.

Does not work.  Now Spotify charges for family premium and fails to provide the legitimate service.....change to Amazon

Does not work in Poland. I have logged both on mine and son's account, checked the both accounts zip codes, still nothing. Had a notice that spotify will send and email with further instruction, but it doesnt come.

DO SOMETHING SPOTIFY! I PAY FOR AN PREMIUM FAMILY ACCOUNT !!!
