Renewing Premium Family Membership

I had to get a new Card recently and my Family Premium Account got canceled. It says I just have to update my payment information but when I do it's making me start my family account from the beginning and including inviting people. Even though I've had this account for years. Is there someway I can renew it without having to start it completely from scratch?

Unfortunately, if your subscription ended due to one or multiple failed payment attempts, you'll need to invite every member again to your plan. Just make sure to use the same Spotify account for subscribing to Premium Family 🙂

 

Spotify typically sends emails to notify you of the failed payment issue, and these emails include a link to update your payment details. Some users might also see a red banner in the app itself, letting them know the payment was unsuccessful.

 

To ensure you didn’t miss anything, I recommend checking your junk/spam folder for an email from Spotify. Also, double-check that you’re looking at the email inbox linked to the correct Spotify account.

Solo quiero renovar mi plan familiar, no quiero perder 2 de mis 6 miembros

I had this same problem, but when I try to reinvite same family members Spotify won't allow it, saying you can't join another account within a 12 month period. Is there a way to fix this?
