Ridiculous DUO PLAN not accepting the same address

This is so so so frustrating - I have bought the DUO PLAN and my wife is inputting precisely the same address but it's not accepting. I tried connecting here while being on the same wifi network, and tried connecting the accounts via the same browser through my laptop - nothing seems to work???!

Thanks for reaching out. What's exact error you get? If it says you're trying to join from a different country, then one of your accounts has the wrong country set and you need to update it. If it's some other error, be sure to try in an incognito window too.
