Roommates keep getting kicked off spotify family

My roommates keep getting kicked off my spotify premium for family account. Last time this happened, there was a chat and you guys helped reset her account. Now I can't figure out how to get her back on?

Remember that all members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. If you feel they've been wrongly removed from your Premium for Family plan, we'd recommend you to contact us here or through our official social media channels in Facebook or Twitter.
