SPOTIFY WON'T LET FAMILY MEMBERS IN TO ACCOUNT/LISTEN

I have a family account and have added my partner to it but Spotify won't let her listen to music. It keeps saying she needs to refer to me (the family account owner) for subscription help. I've added her on the list, she's verified herself and still Spotify won't work.

 

I've screen shot what happens when she's trying to listen.

 

HELP!

Hey @jessicam81!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. The messaging you’re seeing in the screenshot, is just to inform the account owner they’re on a Premium for Family subscription.

 

This should not change what happens when the account listens to music.
Just to check, are they being redirected from the app to this browser window when trying to listen? If so, that doesn’t sound right.

 

Otherwise, this user should now just be able to log in with their username/password on the app, and get listening. Make sure you’re all still logging into your own accounts/not all trying to log into the same one.

 

If you can let me know device/OS/and Spotify version if you’re still having issues after this, that’d be great.
