Says my address is wrong

Says my address is wrong

My brother set up Spotify family and he gave me the link to join. I put in the same exact adress he did. It told me the addresses were different. No matter what I try, it says the addresses are different and it's getting annoying.

Thanks for the screenshot.

 

I recommend asking the plan owner to update the address (even if they choose the same one). This is to refresh the info between the account and the plan 🙂

 

Lastly, you can try to accept the invite in an incognito window, a different browser or another device (using your account) to see if it makes any difference.
