Sending invites to new Family Plan members

My Question or Issue

My Spotify account was opened using my e-mail address associated with my internet provider.  I have been unable to send invites.  Do only Google e-mail addresses work to link family plan members?

As long as each of your family has the same address in the billing info section and you have the invite link, you should be able to invite your family. If you have Spotify on any mobile device with messaging capabilities, you should be able to grab the invite link by "sending" the invite link to someone via SMS or other messaging software (all you're really going to do is just try and copy the invite link from the prefilled message). I am not an owner of a family subscription though, so I may be wrong.

Any valid email address works to link family plan members.

How are you unable to send  invites? Do you get any error messages?

When you click on the link bellow, do you see the correct information regarding your plan?
