Sent a redeem code for family plan... can't redeem

Sent a redeem code for family plan... can't redeem

Hi there,

 

I was just sent an invite onto a family plan and when I tried to redeem the code to get Premium access, it said my code was invalid. HOW? it was just sent.

Hey @Alexa223, welcome to the community!

 

Let's try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, using an incognito window, or a different browser.

 

Also, make sure you're logged into your Spotify account here before clicking the "Accept Invite" button on the email you received.
