Sent an email for a family member, member has not recieved email

Sent an email for a family member, member has not recieved email

I've resubmitted the invite email, deleted the member's information then put it back in to resubmit, and nothing. Not sure what to do

That's odd! Could you try sending the email to a different email, maybe one of your own, and then forward it to the family member? He should then be able to click on the link to set up the account.

I have exactly the same problem. I have double checked all the email's so they're correct, but still I don't recieve any invitation email on any of the email's...

Have you checked all the folders in the email including Spam/Junk. If the invite is not there, try talking to the administrator of the plan to send an new invitation. Also, make sure you're entering the right email with lower or uppercase if necessary.
