My Question or Issue

I set up a family plan on one of my accounts but need it on a different account. I've set family plan up on the 2nd account but now my family members can't join, even though I've removed them from the 1st account! 

 

How can I get my family over to the new plan?

Hi, thanks for replying. It's the message about only being added to one family account a year. They were added to the wrong account in error, so I removed them and cancelled the family plan on that account. I would like to be able to add them to right family plan!

Thanks for getting back.

 

Users can switch plans once every 12 months, so if they're getting that error message, it means that they've been part of at least 2 different plans in the past.

 

They'll be able to join a Premium Family/Duo plan created by a different user 12 months after they've last switched plans.

 

Alternatively, they can always subscribe to a Premium plan or create a different account.
