Sharing family plan with kids who share time between 2 homes following divorce.

Sharing family plan with kids who share time between 2 homes following divorce.

i want to upgrade to a family plan from premium so my teenage kids can have access to premium features.
due to divorce, I have shared care responsibilities for the kids (x3) and they stay with me 4 nights per fortnight.
officially they ‘live with’ their mother.

it’s not clear in any of the info if it would be a breach of the Family plan T&C for them to use family plan given the situation.

do they live at the same address as defined in T&C? Sometimes

if there is ip or location validation beyond user entry on manager change or joining, they would 4/14 pass, but not 10/14.

I would like a definitive answer from Spotify (not community members) on the following:

- would I or them would be in breach of the T&C for using the subsequent accounts given the info provided?

- what happens if it is classed as a breach and is detected by Spotify? Eg account canceled, account blocked, nothing, etc.

- if it is a breach to use the account like I want, what options are there to me to do it properly without having to purchase multiple premium accounts?

- if it is a breach, given divorce rates sit high, and there are huge numbers of split families globally, why does Spotify discriminate (or maybe just profiteering on the sorrow of others) against families affected by divorce?
